About the role

Kinetic Business Solutions, in partnership with a leading multinational pharmaceutical company, is seeking an experienced Business Unit Director to drive sustainable growth across the Gulf region. The role will oversee P&L performance, commercial excellence, and successful product launches while translating market insights into actionable strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business strategy for the Gulf market.
• Drive P&L performance, business growth, and commercial excellence.
• Translate market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into actionable plans.
• Lead and integrate sales and marketing strategies, ensuring successful product launches and lifecycle management.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration and engage external stakeholders.
• Build, lead, and inspire a high‑performing, diverse team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
• Significant senior‑level commercial leadership experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Extensive oncology experience and strong scientific understanding of disease biology, treatment paradigms, and clinical data.
• Proven P&L ownership and commercial leadership.
• Deep knowledge of Gulf healthcare systems, market access dynamics, payer environments, and regulatory frameworks.
