About the role

The Butler at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Dubai delivers high‑touch, personalized service, creating bespoke experiences for guests from pre‑arrival through departure. As the primary face of the iconic Butler program, you will anticipate needs, coordinate with Butler Valets and ensure seamless collaboration with other hotel departments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide bespoke experiences and services to guests throughout their stay, from pre‑arrival to departure.
• Coordinate Butler Valets and verify that supporting departments are equipped to meet guest needs.
• Anticipate and proactively fulfill guest needs, building rapport and delivering anticipatory service.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Uphold professional uniform, personal appearance and communication standards.
• Remain on your feet for extended periods, moving, lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum six months of related work experience.
• Fluent in Arabic or Russian (mandatory).
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.

Required skills

• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and appearance standards.
