Butler (Female) – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a highly professional female Butler to join the luxury team at Sofitel Dubai The Palm. In this role you will deliver personalized, discreet service to discerning guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate and fulfil guest needs, including packing/unpacking, laundry, and personal shopping.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain immaculate guest suites and common areas, preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages as required.
• Assist with private event planning and execution, handling guest correspondence and schedule management.
• Record guest preferences and special requirements accurately, adapting to changing situations with flexibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Butler or in a high‑end hospitality role.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills and ability to maintain discretion.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lb.
• Professional appearance, multicultural awareness and willingness to work rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills for guest correspondence and record‑keeping.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
