About the role

The Butler will provide premium personal service to VIP guests and household members, ensuring every detail of their stay is flawless. This role combines hospitality expertise with meticulous household management.

Key responsibilities

• Greet VIPs and guests, manage luggage, shine shoes, and arrange dining reservations.
• Serve meals using formal silver service and maintain extensive knowledge of specialty foods.
• Hire, train, and supervise subordinate staff such as housekeepers, chauffeurs, and junior footmen.
• Manage household budgets, track pantry and fine item inventories, liaise with vendors, and coordinate maintenance.
• Anticipate guest preferences, handle complaints efficiently, and ensure seamless hospitality from arrival to departure.
• Apply formal dining etiquette, international protocol, and appropriate behavior when interacting with VIPs or royalty.
• Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding the employer’s private affairs.
