Butler

About the role

Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island, a luxury resort on the beach of Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a Butler. The role offers personalised, high-standard service to guests, working closely with room service, housekeeping and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests and give a detailed orientation to their rooms and facilities.
• Coordinate with room service, all food and beverage items served in rooms and the removal of used items.
• Coordinate room servicing and assist Housekeeping in keeping rooms to the required standard.
• Maintain guests' personal items, clothing and wardrobes in a clean, neat condition throughout their stay.
• Collect, process, check and deliver valet requests, press guest clothing as needed, and unpack and pack luggage.
• Keep the Butler's pantry clean and orderly, maintain stock and charge in suite bars.
• Assist guests with room and local information, make bookings and reservations, and help in restaurants, reception, luggage services, back-of-house cleaning and maintenance.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in Butler services or hospitality operations.
• Supervisory experience in a five-star hotel or luxury resort is an advantage.
• Well-groomed, guest-oriented and committed to the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.

• Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised service with professionalism and discretion.
• Excellent command of English; Russian, Turkish or Arabic is an advantage.
