About the role
The Butler role is part of the Guest Experience team, delivering memorable and personalized service to luxury hotel guests throughout their stay. You will act as a proactive host, anticipating needs and creating unique experiences that reflect the heritage of the destination.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services throughout the stay, from check‑in to check‑out.
- Process operational needs, respond to guest requests and complete daily reports.
- Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, protecting assets and upholding confidentiality.
- Ensure professional appearance, uniform standards and clear communication at all times.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking and lifting objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
