Butler – Luxury Hospitality Service

About the role

The Butler will deliver personalized, discreet service to guests staying at Salayel Hospitality properties in Abu Dhabi. This role ensures every guest experience is comfortable, memorable, and aligned with the highest luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored guest services and fulfill special requests promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to guarantee seamless service delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs, maintain satisfaction, and uphold confidentiality.
• Uphold professional appearance and adhere to luxury service etiquette at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Butler, Guest Relations Executive, or a similar role in a luxury hotel, resort, or serviced residence.
• Strong knowledge of luxury service etiquette and personalized guest service.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Well‑groomed, professional appearance with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
