Butler – Luxury Hospitality Service

About the role

Provides dedicated and exceptional butler service for guests and VIPs, and facilitates refreshments and transfer arrangements. Coordinates with various hotel departments to meet guest stay requirements, laundry, pressing, and booking needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized butler service to guests and VIPs, including refreshments and transfer coordination.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to fulfill guest stay, laundry, and booking requests.
• Prepare welcome amenities and assist with kitchen equipment setup.

Required profile

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum one year of experience as a butler in a luxury hotel.
• Fluency in Turkish is mandatory.
• Valid work permit for employment in the Philippines.
• Proficiency with Opera and Microsoft applications.

Required skills

• Opera property management system.
• Microsoft Office applications.
