Butler – Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Butler to lead our dedicated butler team at our luxury property in Ras Al Khaimah. The role combines hands‑on guest service with team leadership, ensuring every guest receives a personalised, high‑end experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule and coordinate the daily activities of the butler team.
• Deliver seamless, personalised service to guests, anticipating their needs.
• Mentor and train junior butlers on service standards, guest preferences and luxury protocols.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to guarantee efficient and integrated guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate service logs, produce performance reports and monitor guest feedback.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
• Proven experience as a senior or supervisory butler in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional luxury service.
