Buying Coordinator – Part‑Time (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The Buying Coordinator supports the Buying Manager in managing vehicle acquisitions, stock levels and related documentation for Al Futtaim Automotive in Abu Dhabi. The role is part‑time and focuses on accurate reporting, system updates and smooth logistics across buying locations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, update and maintain daily, weekly and monthly buying, stock and management reports ensuring data accuracy.
• Enter and keep vehicle purchase, costing, mileage, location and status information in SAP and other approved systems.
• Coordinate stock transfer orders and vehicle movements between buying sites, workshops, preparation facilities and sales locations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, protect confidential information and promptly flag missing approvals or reporting variances.
• Support the Buying Manager with administrative tasks and audit‑ready documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a buying or purchase coordinator, preferably in automotive or related logistics.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with multiple departments.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using SAP (or similar ERP systems).
• Competence with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
