Cabana Receptionist – Pool Services

About the role

The Cabana Receptionist – Pool Services will be the first point of contact for guests using the resort’s pool and beach cabanas. You will create a warm, personalized welcome, manage reservations, and ensure that each cabana experience reflects Wynn’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and manage cabana check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Handle reservations, availability, and scheduling through the designated system.
• Coordinate guest amenities and special requests with Pool Services, F&B, Housekeeping, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, service logs, and operational records.
• Monitor daily cabana occupancy, inventory, and readiness.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery situations.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and aligned with luxury brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in a hospitality front‑desk or guest‑service role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on personalized service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, upscale environment.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of cash handling and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Proficiency in reservation and booking systems.
• Ability to learn and effectively use departmental software and operational systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
