Cabin Crew – Flight Attendant Role

About the role

As a member of Air Arabia’s cabin crew, you will be the airline’s ambassador, ensuring passengers enjoy a safe, comfortable and pleasant journey from boarding to disembarkation. You will work on flights operating from Sharjah and represent the brand’s commitment to high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Attend pre‑flight briefings, verify flight details and prepare the cabin for departure.
• Conduct safety demonstrations, instruct passengers on emergency procedures and administer first aid when required.
• Provide attentive customer service, respond to passenger requests, and assist those experiencing stress or special needs.
• Promote on‑board sales, charity programmes and handle cash or card transactions securely.
• Perform pre‑flight checks of supplies, emergency equipment and cabin cleanliness, reporting any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience or a strong willingness to learn.
• Professional appearance, good grooming and fitness to meet flight‑crew standards.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
