Cabin Crew – Flight Attendant (UAE)

About the role

Air Arabia is seeking cabin crew members to act as ambassadors of the airline, delivering excellent customer service while ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Attend briefings, conduct pre‑flight checks, and ensure proper grooming and fitness for assigned flights.
• Instruct passengers on safety procedures, administer first aid when needed, and report any irregularities to the cabin supervisor or captain.
• Provide attentive customer service, assist with boarding, handle on‑board sales and charity programs, and manage cash/credit transactions securely.
• Carry out post‑flight reports, assist with cabin cleaning and re‑catering, and support the cabin supervisor when required.

Required profile

• Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; travel/tourism diploma is a plus.
• Fit to fly, good health, presentable and friendly with a positive attitude under stress.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged; prior cabin crew or customer‑service experience is valued.
