Cabin Crew Manager (Sharjah)

About the role

The Cabin Crew Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the G9 cabin crew team at Air Arabia's Sharjah hub. This role ensures safety, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency and a consistently high customer experience in line with the airline’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily G9 cabin crew operations, guaranteeing safety, punctuality and full compliance with GCAA regulations.
• Maintain and update Cabin Crew Operations Manuals in coordination with Quality and Safety departments.
• Oversee crew training, briefings and documentation for regulatory audits.
• Monitor performance, attendance and behaviour, implementing interventions for under‑performance or absenteeism.
• Coordinate crew deployment, schedules and recovery actions with the Operations Control Centre.
• Implement a performance management framework with KPIs, benchmarks and regular feedback.
• Lead service‑excellence initiatives with the Customer Experience team to elevate onboard experience.
• Develop and supervise Duty Coordinators and Crew Supervisors, fostering knowledge sharing across hubs.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in cabin crew or airline operations management.
• In‑depth knowledge of GCAA regulations and airline safety standards.
• Strong analytical skills to assess performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle operational disruptions.
