About the role

As the face of Emirates, you will be the primary point of contact for passengers, ensuring they feel comfortable and safe throughout their journey. The role combines exceptional customer service with a strong focus on safety and security on board.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive and friendly service to passengers throughout the flight.
• Manage aircraft safety procedures, security protocols, and emergency equipment.
• Assist passengers with special needs and address any concerns during the flight.
• Collaborate with the cabin team to maintain a high standard of service and safety.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work in a multicultural team.
• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Height at least 160 cm and able to reach 212 cm on tiptoes.
• No visible tattoos while in uniform.
• Willingness to meet UAE employment visa requirements.

• Fixed basic salary of AED 4,980 per month.
