Cabin Services Assistant (A380 Shower Spa)

About the role

The Cabin Services Assistant is responsible for organising, hygienically cleaning and personalising the A380 Shower Spas for First Class passengers, ensuring a delightful experience. The role also includes maintaining lavatories, lounges and general cabin areas to uphold Emirates' high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inventory control to confirm correct product quantities are loaded for onboard facilities.
• Check Shower Spa and lavatory cleanliness before passenger boarding and place appropriate amenity items.
• Clean Shower Spas promptly after each use following the CSA Checklist and hygiene standards.
• Personalise each Shower Spa according to reservations, displaying selected products to delight customers.
• Monitor reservation schedules, advise the Purser of any delays, and prevent unauthorized entry into personalised Shower Spas.
• Maintain clean and tidy lavatories and cabin areas by completing routine checklist tasks.
• Report any defects, safety concerns or unusual observations to the Purser immediately.
• Adhere to uniform regulations, report for duty on time, and follow the chain of command.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of schooling or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer‑service experience with an international hotel chain, airline or world‑class service provider.
• Hospitality housekeeping experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
