Cabin Services Assistant – A380 Shower Spa

About the role

As a Cabin Services Assistant you will be responsible for the cleanliness and personalisation of the A380 Shower Spa and other cabin areas on Emirates flights departing from Dubai. The role supports the Purser by ensuring First‑Class customers enjoy a pristine and tailored Shower Spa experience while maintaining high standards across all cabin lavatories and lounges.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitise the A380 Shower Spa after each use, following the CSA Checklist and using approved cleaning materials.
• Personalise the Shower Spa for each reservation, arranging selected amenity items according to the Shower Spa Reservations System.
• Inspect and maintain cleanliness of First, Business and Economy Class lavatories, lounges and general cabin areas.
• Perform inventory control to confirm correct product quantities are loaded for in‑flight replenishment.
• Report any defects, safety concerns or irregularities to the Purser promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of schooling or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer‑service experience with an international hotel chain, airline or world‑class service provider.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience in hospitality housekeeping is an advantage.
