Cable Assembler – 6-Month Project in Dubai

About the role

Microavia is seeking a Cable Assembler for a six‑month project in Dubai’s Silicon Oasis. The role involves manufacturing cable assemblies, performing soldering work, participating in product testing, and supporting mechanical assembly tasks with a strong focus on precision and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Cutting and stripping wires
• Crimping cables and assembling them into connectors
• Applying adhesives, sealants, heat‑shrink tubing and cable braids
• Performing soldering of wires into connectors
• Conducting quality control and functional testing of cable assemblies
• Assembling mechanical parts related to cable production

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, especially cable production and electrical installation
• Experience with PCB soldering and testing electronic devices
• Familiarity with IPC‑A‑610F and IPC/WHMA‑A‑620 standards
• Ability to read assembly drawings and electrical connection diagrams
• Excellent verbal and written English
