About the role
The role involves preparing detailed shop drawings, as‑built documentation and a variety of interior fit‑out drawings such as wall setting‑out, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, stone, glass and metal details. You will work from BOQ and tender drawings, coordinating closely with the Design Coordinator and other trade disciplines.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, as‑builts and cut‑list drawings for production and site installation.
- Develop drawings for wall setting‑out, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, flooring, joinery, stone, glass and metal components.
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical and HVAC drawings with other trades.
- Manage revisions, changes and filing of all drawing sets according to deadlines.
- Handle quantity take‑offs, BOQ preparation and respond to internal inquiries.
Required profile
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
- Diploma or ITI qualification.
