About the role
CNS Engineering Service, part of the Ghobash Group, is seeking a CAD MEP Draftsman to support its BIM and CAD services in Dubai. The role involves creating and refining 3‑D models and design drafts for construction projects, ensuring they meet safety and structural standards.
Key responsibilities
- Present rough design drafts for client approval and incorporate feedback.
- Generate solid and surface CAD models using AutoCAD software.
- Prepare both rough sketches and detailed drawings with CADD systems.
- Perform material and weight calculations to verify design feasibility.
- Communicate with architects and engineers to integrate design changes.
- Present design perspectives that support construction improvements and adaptations.
Required profile
- Must be locally available in the UAE.
- Can start within a week of offer.
- Compliance with ISO‑based policies and procedures.
