Call Center Agent for Aesthetic Clinic

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for patients enquiring about aesthetic treatments via phone, WhatsApp, and web leads. Your goal is to understand each patient’s needs, explain the appropriate treatment clearly, and book consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and website leads promptly and professionally.
• Make outbound follow‑up calls to new, unconverted, and returning leads.
• Consult patients on treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, body fillers, and Endolift, and schedule consultations.
• Meet monthly booking and revenue targets, upsell and cross‑sell packages where appropriate.
• Log every lead, call outcome, and booking accurately in the CRM.
• Send appointment reminders and reduce no‑shows through confirmation calls.
• Coordinate with doctors and front‑desk staff to manage schedules smoothly.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Dubai in a call centre, patient coordination, or sales role at an aesthetic clinic.
• Proven track record selling Botox, fillers, body fillers, and Endolift.
• Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Strong phone‑sales, objection‑handling, and closing skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and WhatsApp Business.
• Target‑driven, well‑presented, and patient‑focused.
• Open to male and female candidates.
