About the role
A leading healthcare organization in Dubai is looking for a professional Call Center Agent to provide courteous assistance to patients and support the delivery of quality healthcare services. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for callers.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
- Schedule, update, and manage appointments as required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Support daily call center operations and perform administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
