Call Center Agent – Inbound & Outbound Customer Service

About the role

As a Call Center Agent you will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while collaborating closely with the field sales team to support customers across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound calls and enquiries from numerous channels.
• Meet customer SLA targets to ensure satisfaction.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers, achieving conversion quotas and KPIs.
• Schedule calendar appointments for the field sales team.
• Manage customer complaints, escalating to relevant stakeholders and providing accurate reporting.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• At least 12 months experience in a call‑centre or telesales role.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent closing and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time efficiently and work flexible hours, including six days a week.
• Hard‑working team player willing to go above and beyond.
