Call Center Agent – Inbound & Outbound Support

About the role

As a Call Center Agent you will handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while collaborating closely with the field sales team to support customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound calls and enquiries from numerous channels.
• Meet customer SLA targets to ensure satisfaction.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and achieve conversion quotas and KPIs.
• Manage calendar appointments for the field sales team.
• Escalate and report customer complaints to relevant stakeholders.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education and Arabic speaking ability.
• At least 12 months experience in a call centre or telesales role.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment handling calls, emails and WhatsApp messages.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent closing skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time efficiently and work flexible hours, including six days a week.
• Team player with a passion for helping others and a strong work ethic.
