Call Center - Client Experience Agent

About the role

The Client Experience Agent is the first point of contact for IFZA, shaping the initial impression for professional partners and clients. The role requires a committed, responsible, and creative individual who can handle pressure while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IFZA clients.
• Answer and distribute all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide positive, timely responses to client enquiries.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of IFZA’s products and services.
• Record all calls accurately in the Call Center CRM.
• Meet individual and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of client data.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Call Center agent or similar role in the UAE.
• Full English proficiency is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, telephone etiquette, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
