Call Center Representative

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Call Center Representative to handle a high volume of patient calls, schedule appointments, and drive sales through telephone outreach. The role combines patient support with proactive sales activities to ensure excellent service and meet revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and respond to a high volume of inbound patient calls, greeting callers professionally.
- Schedule new and follow‑up appointments, and assist with rescheduling as needed.
- Use the electronic records system to create and update patient information accurately.
- Initiate outbound sales calls, listen to customer needs, and promote products or service packages.
- Provide clear information about offerings, generate repeat business, and meet assigned sales quotas.
- Convert inquiries into sales opportunities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in telesales or as a call‑center agent.
- Willingness to work evening shifts (2 pm–10 pm) and weekends as required.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
