Camera Assistant/ Equipment Handler

We are looking for a motivated Camera Assistant/Equipment Handler to support daily operational, production, and hospitality activities across our fast‑growing food and hospitality concepts.

The role involves ensuring timely movement, setup, and maintenance of equipment, materials, and supplies, assisting ground teams, and maintaining readiness of tools to guarantee smooth workflow across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Transport equipment, materials, and supplies between departments, workstations, or locations as required.
• Set up, arrange, and dismantle equipment for operations, events, or production activities.
• Ensure all equipment is handled safely, stored properly, and maintained in good working condition.
• Assist production teams with on‑ground support tasks and conduct basic functional checks before and after use.
• Report damaged, missing, or faulty equipment to the relevant supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and equipment rooms.
• Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines at all times.
• Respond quickly to ad‑hoc requests from supervisors or team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a runner, helper, logistics, or equipment handling role in production/events.
• Basic understanding of equipment handling and workplace safety practices.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as required by the role.
• Good time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Physically fit and able to work on active, fast‑paced tasks.
• Team player with a cooperative and responsive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts if needed.
