Campaign Manager Intern

About the role

Own how campaigns run at Clipster — from client strategy to execution and reporting. Campaign Managers are at the centre of Clipster’s day‑to‑day operations, owning campaigns from the initial client conversation through planning, launch, optimisation and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own campaign planning, setup, launch, execution, optimisation and reporting.
• Advise clients on structuring campaigns to achieve the strongest results.
• Translate client goals into clear strategies, briefs, creator requirements and execution plans.
• Shape campaign concepts, content directions and creator approaches.
• Coordinate with clients and creators to keep deliverables on track.
• Monitor performance and proactively adjust campaigns when needed.
• Maintain continuous client communication and ensure no client feels forgotten.
• Produce campaign reports and turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Drive creator participation, output, retention and overall campaign experience.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface feedback and improve platform workflows.
• Help refine team processes, templates and reporting as the organisation scales.

Required profile

• 3+ years in campaign management, account management, digital marketing, advertising or a similar client‑facing role.
• Experience in creator/influencer marketing, social media or agency environments.
• Proven track record of owning campaigns or client projects from start to finish.
• Clear, confident English communication in writing and on calls.
• High ownership and proactivity, identifying problems before they’re highlighted.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment where priorities evolve quickly.
