Captain – Pilatus PC12 (Dubai)

About the role

DC Aviation, a division of Al Futtaim Group, is seeking an experienced Captain to operate the Pilatus PC12 from its Dubai base. The role demands strong leadership, safety focus and the ability to manage a multi‑crew environment under high‑pressure conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Assume final authority for the safe operation of the aircraft from pre‑flight to shutdown.
• Lead the flight deck crew, assign Pilot Flying (PF) and Pilot Not Flying (PNF) duties, and ensure checklist compliance.
• Conduct comprehensive flight and weather briefings and evaluate weather conditions.
• Verify airworthiness, mass‑balance, dangerous‑goods handling and ensure all required documentation is on board.
• Maintain safety and order on board, manage emergency situations, and enforce duty‑time regulations.
• Coordinate with cabin crew, uphold company reputation, and promote a professional appearance.

Required profile

• Valid commercial pilot licence with type rating for Pilatus PC12.
• Extensive experience as Captain or First Officer on multi‑crew aircraft.
• Strong organisational skills, cultural awareness and flexibility to work a rotating duty roster.
• Ability to make safety‑first decisions while considering economy, passenger comfort and punctuality.
