Car Rental Agent

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Car Rental Agent to join our Abu Dhabi office. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. You will be the primary point of contact for customers renting vehicles, ensuring smooth and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, explain rental terms, prices, deposits, and requirements.
• Prepare and process rental contracts and related documentation.
• Handle vehicle check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Manage bookings, extensions, returns, and payments.
• Follow up on traffic fines, Salik charges, and other rental‑related fees.
• Coordinate with UAE Police and government systems for required procedures.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in person.
• Collaborate with the team on vehicle availability and daily operations.

Required profile

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient English language abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and quick learning of new systems.
• Professional, polite, organized, and responsible attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory.
• Current residence in the UAE preferred.
