About the role

The Runner position at our Dubai hotel supports guests and associates by delivering items quickly and efficiently across all departments. This full‑time, on‑site role is essential for maintaining smooth operations and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Transport items to guest rooms, housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, front office, and other areas as needed.
• Maintain a safe workplace by following all company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
• Uphold quality standards, professional uniform appearance, and clear communication at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing stairs, and moving objects up to 55 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Physical stamina to be on feet for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
• Basic reading and visual verification of information in various formats.
