Card Product Manager

About the role

As a member of Bybit’s Card Product team, you will shape the strategy, roadmap and execution of the Bybit Card, bridging traditional finance with cryptocurrency and delivering seamless payment experiences to users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own the global card product vision, strategy and roadmap, aligning with company growth objectives.
• Design, build and optimise core card flows including onboarding, KYC, card issuance, wallet linking and transaction experiences.
• Lead go‑to‑market launches and localisation for new regions, coordinating testing, compliance and commercial roll‑out.
• Collaborate with Visa/Mastercard, BIN sponsors, processors and banking partners to expand technical capabilities.
• Define and track product metrics such as conversion, active usage and churn, using data‑driven optimisation.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of product management experience in fintech, card issuing, crypto or digital payments.
• Professional fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Proven ability to launch complex payment products across international markets.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of card management systems (CMS) and payment processor integrations.
• Deep knowledge of Visa and Mastercard network rules and ecosystems.
• Data‑analytics expertise to define metrics, validate hypotheses and optimise funnels.
