About the role

The ADNOC Schools group is seeking a high‑performing Career Counselor to support students in Abu Dhabi with personal, academic and career development, guiding them through university choices and post‑secondary pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance on university choices, career pathways and skill development.
• Track and assess student progress, offering tailored support to achieve academic and career goals.
• Assist with university applications, recommendation letters and personal statements.
• Engage parents throughout the guidance process and promote student agency.
• Organise and coordinate career and university guidance events, maintaining a calendar of key dates.
• Develop relationships with local and international post‑secondary institutions, alumni and industry partners.

Required profile

• At least a QFE 7 (Bachelor's degree) in any subject.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in school counseling or related counseling role.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills, high emotional and physical energy.
• Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and continuous professional development.
