Case Manager

About the role

The Case Manager will report directly to the Clinical Director and deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming for a defined caseload of clients. This position combines clinical oversight, data tracking, and team coordination to ensure high‑quality therapeutic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adjust program schedules to meet student IEP objectives, including staff rostering.
• Maintain organized client records such as individualized education plans, monthly clinic notes, case review notes, and behavior intervention plans.
• Assist therapy staff in implementing 1:1 intervention programs.
• Lead regular team meetings, provide feedback, and support continuous improvement.
• Train guardians and families on intervention techniques.
• Provide a minimum of 10 hours of direct client contact each week.
• Mentor new staff, model appropriate on‑shift behavior, and conduct annual staff evaluations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, or Psychology.
• At least three years of experience applying ABA principles.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or enrollment in a BCBA certification program.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
