About the role

The Cashier will be the first point of contact for customers in our store, ensuring smooth and accurate transactions while delivering a friendly shopping experience. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates looking to start a career in retail and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and answer queries about products, prices, and store policies.
• Scan items, process payments (cash, credit cards, vouchers) and issue receipts.
• Provide correct change and handle cash register operations accurately.
• Process returns, refunds, and exchanges according to store guidelines.
• Address customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate personnel.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
