Key responsibilities

• Ensure product listings are accurate for new and existing products.
• Troubleshoot and drive resolutions to maintain reliable product flow and reduce discrepancies.
• Collaborate with vendors to set up efficient processes and SOPs.
• Work with internal teams to improve tools and processes affecting catalog management workflows.
• Drive data‑oriented analysis, adopt solutions, and lead process‑improvement projects to meet operational and business goals.
• Manage stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on milestones, process changes, and escalations.

Required profile

• 1+ years of program or project management experience.
• Knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel (array and statistical formulas).
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
