Category Lead – Beauty & Wellness

About the role

The Category Lead – Beauty & Wellness will be responsible for building, launching and scaling the Beauty & Wellness business for 6thStreet.com, an omnichannel fashion and lifestyle destination operating across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Beauty & Wellness category vision aligned with overall business objectives and customer strategy.
• Own full P&L including revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, inventory productivity and marketing efficiency.
• Develop and implement a 1–3‑year growth roadmap covering assortment expansion, brand portfolio development, marketplace opportunities and omnichannel initiatives.
• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour and competitive landscape to identify whitespace and new growth segments.
• Build and manage a differentiated product portfolio across skincare, makeup, fragrance, haircare, personal care, wellness, vitamins, supplements and functional nutrition.
• Source, negotiate and onboard regional and international brands, handling margins, rebates, marketing investments, exclusivity and promotional support.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with merchandising, marketing, supply chain and store operations to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.

Required profile

• Proven experience in category management with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and financial performance.
• Ability to develop and execute long‑term category strategies.
• Excellent negotiation and partnership building capabilities.
• Leadership experience working with cross‑functional teams.
