Category Manager – F&B Procurement

About the role

Own KASO's supply side by negotiating with F&B suppliers, directing restaurant orders to the right partners, onboarding new suppliers, and ensuring commission collection. Your deals directly shape restaurant costs and KASO's earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate daily with F&B suppliers across categories to secure the best prices for our restaurants.
• Send restaurant orders to partner suppliers and follow through on pricing, availability, and delivery.
• Source and onboard new suppliers, negotiating commercial terms such as pricing, commission, payment terms, and MOQs.
• Collect commissions from partner suppliers on time by reconciling orders, sending statements, and chasing balances.
• Maintain accurate supplier price lists, terms, and order records.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to fill catalog gaps and share price intelligence.

Required profile

• 3+ years in F&B procurement, purchasing, category management, or supplier‑side sales.
• Proven negotiation track record with concrete examples of price and term wins.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple suppliers, orders, and price lists daily.
• Strong numerical skills: margins, price comparisons, commission reconciliation; proficient in Excel.
• Existing network of UAE F&B suppliers and distributors is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi strongly preferred.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with ownership and urgency.
