Category Manager (Russian Language)

About the role

AM.PM is seeking an experienced Category Manager fluent in Russian to lead a product category in Dubai. You will own the category strategy, drive product lifecycle management and deliver commercial results in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement category and product strategy for the assigned territory.
• Define product positioning, value proposition, pricing and assortment based on market needs.
• Analyse consumer demand, market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Manage the assortment matrix and product lifecycle, including launches and phase‑outs.
• Formulate product requirements and market requests for the territory.
• Optimise product cost, profitability and monitor KPIs such as revenue, margin, sales and inventory turnover.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive category development and commercial performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Category Management, Product Management or a similar commercial role.
• Experience with retail products and end‑consumer markets.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
• Initiative, results‑oriented mindset and ability to work in a dynamic team.
