Catering Sales Manager – Business Development (UAE)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development professional to lead sales for contract catering, cleaning, housekeeping, soft facilities management and related support services across the UAE. The role focuses on generating new business, managing tenders, building client relationships and supporting the mobilisation of awarded projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new opportunities in contract catering, cleaning, housekeeping, soft FM, pest control and specialised cleaning.
• Generate leads through networking, client visits, referrals, consultants and market research.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Coordinate site visits, scope reviews and clarification meetings for government, semi‑government and private‑sector tenders.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, manpower and mobilisation plans, pricing and margin models.
• Present solutions, negotiate contracts and support handover of newly awarded projects.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and client records in the CRM and produce pipeline, forecast and market reports.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of business development or sales experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE market.
• Direct experience in contract catering, cleaning, housekeeping, soft FM, integrated FM or manpower outsourcing.
• Proven track record in tender management, proposal preparation, contract negotiation and new‑business acquisition.
• Strong understanding of manpower planning, service costing, pricing and mobilisation.
• Established network with UAE procurement heads, facility managers and corporate decision‑makers.
