About the role

The Catering Sales Manager is a senior commercial position responsible for driving and growing the company’s catering revenue across the UAE. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the role leads the full sales cycle from prospecting to post‑event account growth, positioning the business as the premium catering partner for corporate, luxury hospitality, government and private clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and achieve the catering revenue target for the UAE, managing monthly and annual sales performance.
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with the B2B commercial plan.
  • Identify, prioritize and convert high‑value catering opportunities across corporate, luxury hospitality, government and premium private event segments.
  • Manage the complete commercial cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, contracting and account retention.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline with accurate revenue forecasting and regular reporting to senior leadership.
  • Build and nurture a portfolio of high‑value accounts, establishing long‑term strategic partnerships.
  • Lead senior‑level client meetings, presentations and tastings, delivering a luxury‑standard experience.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums to expand brand reach.

Required profile

  • Proven senior luxury sales professional with a strong network in the UAE market.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering revenue targets in B2B catering or related hospitality sales.
  • Ability to work autonomously with full commercial accountability.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Experience engaging with corporate clients, government entities, event agencies and VIP private clients.
