CDP Release Lead, Specialist & Quality Analyst

About the role

The Common Digital Platform (CDP) team is looking for a Release Lead, a Release Specialist and Quality Analysts to manage end‑to‑end release lifecycles for government digital applications. The roles will establish standardized release processes, drive CI/CD adoption and ensure safe, efficient deployments with minimal business disruption.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain release policies, master release calendar and end‑to‑end gate processes for all CDP applications.
• Coordinate releases across multiple projects, manage dependencies and ensure no calendar conflicts.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD and automated deployment practices, including containerized and BDD approaches.
• Work with Development, QA, Infrastructure, Security and Change Management to execute repeatable releases.
• Track release activities, risks and issues in JIRA and produce regular KPI dashboards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Release Lead/Manager in large‑scale enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to coordinate multiple technology teams.
• Analytical mindset with focus on automation, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
