Certified Management Accountant

About the role

LIN SCAN is seeking a Certified Management Accountant to join its Finance team at the head office in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah. The role focuses on reviewing and approving commercial contracts, sales offers, and project budgets while providing financial insight on contract changes and project delays.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve sales offers and estimates
• Review and approve commercial contracts with clients
• Advise on financial implications of contract amendments and project delays
• Provide guidance on currency and transfer pricing matters
• Review, approve, and monitor commercial project budgets
• Maintain a detailed list of commercial projects with status updates
• Prepare monthly commercial project profitability reports
• Ensure compliance with tax, insurance, and regulatory requirements across group entities
• Support finalization of financial and external audits
• Conduct technical interviews and identify training needs for potential hires

Required profile

• Finance or Accounting degree
• CMA or ACCA certification
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience in a medium‑size organization
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract review and budgeting
• Experience with financial reporting, control, and variance analysis
