Change Management & AI Adoption Consultant

About the role

Auxo Talent is seeking a Change Management & AI Adoption Consultant to support transformation initiatives across the region. The role requires a strong grasp of change management practices and emerging AI adoption concepts, with a focus on public‑sector clients. This is a 4‑month contract with the possibility of extension.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of change management strategies for transformation and AI‑enabled initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders to assess change impacts, readiness, adoption barriers and organisational requirements.
• Develop communication, engagement and adoption approaches to support successful transformation.
• Demonstrate a practical understanding of AI fundamentals, including frontier models, AI adoption standards, and responsible AI practices.
• Advise clients on effective AI adoption approaches, highlighting best practices, risks and common pitfalls.
• Support client workshops, stakeholder engagement and transformation activities across the region.
• Contribute to adoption frameworks, roadmaps and recommendations for AI and digital transformation programmes.

Required profile

• Experience in change management or organisational transformation.
• At least one client engagement in the Middle East, ideally within the public sector.
• Working knowledge of AI concepts, frontier models and AI adoption practices.
• Understanding of responsible and effective AI adoption, including potential risks and poor practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and consulting skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technology stakeholders.
