Change Manager

About the role

As a Change Manager at Amazon's Delivery Station in Dubai, you will lead site change initiatives, manage projects, and drive continuous improvement through Kaizen and Gemba activities. You will support day‑to‑day operations, coordinate special events, and collaborate with internal and external partners in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Station Project Road Map and report progress to the site leader.
• Ensure timely closure of the Peak Readiness Playbook and provide inputs to the Network Control Manager.
• Lead continuous improvement culture using Kaizen, Gemba, and other lean activities.
• Manage site special events such as visits, town halls, and trainings.
• Support day‑to‑day management of the Delivery Station, providing leadership to Shift Managers, Operations Supervisors, Assistants, and Delivery Service Providers.
• Maintain external agency relationships and performance.
• Analyze metrics, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions.
• Provide day‑to‑day support during rollout of new systems/processes and gather feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 2+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
• Flexible schedule/shift availability, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• 1+ years of program or project management experience.
