Channel Account Manager – IT Infrastructure

About the role

The Channel Account Manager – IT Infrastructure will lead the expansion of channel partnerships for Quantum Edge Distribution’s IT Infrastructure Business Unit in Dubai. The role focuses on driving business growth across UAE and MEA by promoting networking, security and unified communications solutions. Frequent travel across the region is required to build and maintain strong partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with resellers, system integrators and enterprise customers.
• Drive sales of IT infrastructure solutions including enterprise networking, SD‑WAN, firewalls, security, UCC, VoIP and CCTV.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer engagements.
• Coordinate partner visits, support sales activities and represent leading global technology brands.
• Promote ELV, AV, MEP and related technology solutions.
• Support channel development initiatives and maintain knowledge of VAD and channel business models.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in channel sales, IT distribution or account management within IT infrastructure, networking or security.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel frequently across UAE and MEA.
• Technical proficiency with enterprise networking and security solutions.
