Emaar Hospitality Group’s Address Hotels + Resorts is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead the culinary team at Pepe Cucina. The role is responsible for delivering flawless, high-quality food experiences that turn guests into loyal fans, while upholding the brand’s standards of contemporary elegance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all operational tasks in food-and-beverage production, ensuring compliance with service standards and procedures.
• Coach, train and provide on-the-job feedback to kitchen staff, fostering continuous improvement.
• Analyze daily operations, allocate resources efficiently, and conduct shift huddles for clear communication.
• Prevent guest complaints, manage service recovery when needed, and maintain proactive communication with fellow team members.
• Represent the brand throughout the guest journey, delivering consistent, high-quality culinary experiences.

Required profile

• Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory culinary role within a 5-star environment.
• High school diploma in catering or a college degree in hotel management or a related field.
