About the role

The Chef de Cuisine will lead the culinary team at Pepe Cucina, ensuring exceptional food quality and memorable guest experiences in line with the Address Hotels + Resorts brand standards.

Key responsibilities

Oversee all operational tasks in food and beverage production ensuring compliance with service standards and procedures.
Coach and train team members on‑the‑job, providing constructive feedback both on‑ and off‑the‑job.
Analyze operations, allocate resources efficiently and conduct shift huddles to maintain seamless communication.
Prevent guest complaints and execute service recovery actions when necessary.
Collaborate proactively with fellow ambassadors, always prioritising the guest experience.

Required profile

Minimum 4 years experience in the hospitality industry.
At least 2 years experience as a culinary specialist in a supervisory role within a 5‑star environment.
High school diploma in catering or a college degree in hotel management or a related field.
Strong service orientation with high emotional intelligence.
