Chef de Partie – All Day Dining

About the role

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Chef de Partie in the All Day Dining outlet of Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, you will lead the preparation, cooking and presentation of high‑quality dishes while creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, cooking and plating of dishes in line with recipes and brand standards.
• Ensure taste, quality and visual presentation meet established criteria before service.
• Supervise, train and delegate tasks to Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants.
• Monitor inventory levels, report shortages and assist with stock control.
• Contribute ideas for new menu items or improvements based on guest feedback.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of kitchen equipment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Strong culinary knowledge and proficiency in a range of cooking techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
