About the role

AccorHotel is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie with Arabic language skills to join its kitchen team in Sharjah. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality dishes, supervising junior staff, and ensuring smooth service during busy periods.

Key responsibilities

  • Organise mise‑en‑place and production for your section, ensuring portion size, quantity and quality meet recipe standards.
  • Assign tasks to Commis Chefs, monitor their work and provide on‑the‑job training.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards, reporting any equipment failures to the Sous Chef.
  • Assist the Sous Chef in developing new recipes and menu ideas.

Required profile

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie with growing seniority.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

  • Cooking techniques across multiple cuisines.
  • Food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Mise‑en‑place preparation and inventory control.
